a network where bloggers who have obtained a pr2 or better for their blogs allow others to guest post and have 2 links in the post (back to the guest posters blog).  The guest poster pays for the guest post.  So the idea is like paying for a link but much better as the link is contextual, in the body of a post.
Those who have blogs could make some money (even if their blogs are dormant) and new bloggers looking to gain quality links would pay for position.</description>

		<description>Well, what I know is that Google loves those links which are from creating content so it is really good if we are getting links from guest posting.

Apart from guest posting, there are also article directories and press release which work in the same way.
