Exact search counts on Google? – Sureshot method

Although, the Adwords keyword tool gives a numeral value for monthly search counts everyone knows that its not a very reliable one. Main factor behind that is:

The search counts are normalized.
Total data is not taken into account.
Sampling is done to get the data which can sometimes lead to significant deviation from actual value. [...]
